About delivery and shipping charges

Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu 1-2 pieces 1,000 yen, 3-4 pieces 1,500 yen
Hokkaido 1-2 pieces 1,200 yen, 3-4 pieces 1,500 yen
Okinawa 1-2 pieces 1,500 yen, 3-4 pieces 2,000 yen

*Delivered by Yamato Transport cool delivery service (frozen).
*Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the number of items ordered. (Example: 2,500 yen for 5 pieces, 3,000 yen for 8 pieces)
*We do not support shipping to remote islands.

method of payment

You can pay by credit card (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Cash on delivery is not supported.

Regarding product defects

Please note that our products are food products and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or due to shipping error.
